读取或写入资料至轴的 I/O。

功能块名称	说明
MC_ReadDigitalInput	读取由索引标示的数位输入值。
MC_ReadDigitalOutput	读取由索引标示的数位输出值，
MC_WriteDigitalOutput	将 BOOL 值写入由索引标示的输出。
